Prin identificarea \u0219i \u00een\u021belegerea stilului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare potrivit, ve\u021bi putea valorifica la maxim poten\u021bialul personal \u0219i ve\u021bi putea acumula cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 cuno\u0219tintele de care aveti nevoie. Dar cum putem \u0219ti ce tehnic\u0103 ni se potrive\u0219te cel mai bine?<a id=\"_ftnref1\" href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O modalitate de a v\u0103 identifica stilul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare este s\u0103 folosi\u021bi chestionarul VARK. Acronimul VARK vine de la cele 4 modalit\u0103\u021bi senzoriale de re\u021binere a informa\u021biei \u2013 Vizual, Auditiv, Citire\/scriere (Read\/write) \u0219i Kinestezic, a\u0219a cum au fost sugerate de Fleming and Mills (1992). De\u0219i acestea uneori se suprapun, ele au fost definite \u00een felul urm\u0103tor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vizual (V): <\/strong>\u00cenv\u0103\u021barea vizual\u0103 cuprinde reprezentarea informa\u021biilor \u00een h\u0103r\u021bi, diagrame, grafice, diagrame de flux, s\u0103ge\u021bi cu simboluri, cercuri, ierarhii \u0219i alte elemente pe care oamenii le folosesc pentru a reprezenta ceea ce ar fi putut fi prezentat \u00een cuvinte. Acest mod de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare ar fi putut fi numit \u0219i Grafic (G), deoarece ar explica mai bine ceea ce acoper\u0103. \u00cenv\u0103\u021barea vizual\u0103 nu cuprinde imagini statice sau fotografii din realitate, filme, videoclipuri sau prezent\u0103ri PowerPoint. Cursan\u021bii care prefer\u0103 acest tip de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare declar\u0103 c\u0103 \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 cel mai bine din prelegeri, discu\u021bii de grup, ascult\u00e2nd emisiuni radio, folosind e-mailul \u0219i telefonul mobil, vorbind \u0219i discut\u00e2nd. E-mailul este inclus aici deoarece, de\u0219i este text \u0219i ar putea fi inclus \u00een categoria Citire\/scriere, este adesea \u00een stil chat, cu abrevieri, termeni colocviali, argou \u0219i limbaj non-formal. Aceast\u0103 modalitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare pune accent pe introducerea \u0219i producerea de text &#8211; cititul \u0219i scrisul sub toate formele sale, dar \u00een special de manuale, rapoarte, eseuri \u0219i teme de studiu. Aceasta include demonstra\u021bii, simul\u0103ri \u0219i videoclipuri cu lucruri \u201ereale\u201d, precum \u0219i studii de caz, exerci\u021bii \u0219i aplica\u021bii practice. Cheia este realitatea sau natura concret\u0103 a exemplului. Dac\u0103 poate fi \u00een\u021beles, \u021binut \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103, gustat sau sim\u021bit, probabil va intra aici. Oamenii cu aceast\u0103 preferin\u021b\u0103 \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 din experien\u021ba de a face ceva \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i pre\u021buiesc propriile experien\u021be \u0219i mai pu\u021bin experien\u021bele altora. De aceea, profilul VARK are patru p\u0103r\u021bi, iar chestionarul VARK ofer\u0103 patru scoruri. Persoanele &nbsp;la care nu se eviden\u021biaz\u0103 o anumit\u0103 modalitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i care nu \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 scoruri evident mai mari la una din aceste modalit\u0103\u021bi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare sunt definite ca multimodale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 dou\u0103 tipuri de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare multimodal\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VARK Tip 1<\/strong>: Sunt persoane care sunt flexibile \u00een preferin\u021bele lor de comunicare \u0219i care trec de la un stil la altul \u00een func\u021bie de ceea ce lucreaz\u0103. Ei aleg un singur stil care s\u0103 se potriveasc\u0103 ocaziei sau situa\u021biei, de\u0219i pot avea dou\u0103, trei sau patru preferin\u021be aproape egale \u00een scorurile lor VARK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VARK Tip 2<\/strong>: Sunt persoane care nu sunt mul\u021bumite p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd nu folosesc toate stilurile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Acestora le ia mai mult timp pentru a aduna informa\u021bii, folosind toate modalit\u0103\u021bile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i, ca urmare, ajung adesea la o \u00een\u021belegere mai profund\u0103 \u0219i mai larg\u0103 a unui subiect.
